This is the energy saving system which applied to heat supplier of functional film coating machine dryer and equipment reconstruction. There are three core units which are high efficiency heat supply unit, intelligent simulation control unit

1. High efficiency heat supply unit of dryer: high efficiency heat recovery unit + digital compressor heat pump
2. Intelligent simulation control unit: dryer data simulation design + real time intelligent control

It can help the heat energy achieve the saving that up to 60%-70% and help the hot exhaust achieve the reduction that up to 40%-55%
• This is the high efficient heat recover technology in industry application, which can meet the requirement of recovering hot exhaust in the dryer. Equipped with digital compressor heat pump, can just take 10%-13% original energy consumption to get 70%-80% thermal energy.
