Summarize and function:
This series of machines is the first one that uses the industry computer center control in China. It can control the mulit-motor tension, logic action and coating weight accurately. It already formed three products series such as solvent type, solventless type and multi-function type. This series of machines can ensure the high quality laminated products. What’s more, it also can furthest reduce the customers’production cost by using the energy-saving, consumption reducing, safety working condition emulational design. For the materials, this equipment can apply to the multi-layers continuous high speed laminating of the rolled material such as the various bidirectional/ unidirectional stretching plastic film etc.
Main features:
1. Coating unit is composed of gravure roller coater, impression, cross doctoring,adhesive circulation device and distrubing roller etc. It is driven by AC motor and closed-loop AC inverter vector controller.
2. Drying chamber is divided into three sections and drying temperature is automatically controlled. The flow of air blowing and exhausting can be adjusted according to the specific technics requirment.
3. Guide rollers in the drying chamber run actively and synchronously. Besides, the drying chamber equipped with film-threading platform and cylinder pushers.
4. Laminating unit is composed of heating laminating rollers which are of double-layer with inner whole, auxiliary pre-heating roller, chilling roller and main transmission system. It is driven by AC motor and controlled by closed-loop AC vector inverter ( tension can be detected and displayed automatically during working process)
