Summarize and function:
This series of machines is the first one that uses the industry computer center control in China. It can control the mulit-motor tension, logic action and coating weight accurately. It already formed three products series such as solvent type, solventless type and multi-function type. This series of machines can ensure the high quality laminated products. What’s more, it also can furthest reduce the customers’production cost by using the energy-saving, consumption reducing, safety working condition emulational design. For the materials, this equipment can apply to the multi-layers continuous high speed laminating of the rolled material such as the various bidirectional/ unidirectional stretching plastic film etc.
Main features:
1. 1st Unwind unit: Reel change & auto splicing: duplex turret structure, synchronous pre-motion of spare web, non-stop automatic splicing, equipped with upper cutter (linked with self-locked safeguard pneumatic cylinder).
2. In-feed unit: Structure: consists of active drawing roller, passive rubber roller and tension auto-control device.
3. Coating unit: Coating tank, semi-enclosed style, stainless steel, gear chain style vertical lift with hand-wheel operation (adhesive supply device with constant temperature control is for option).
4. Drying chamber: Drying style: hot air jet nozzles drying style, including three-section drying chamber, pneumatic cylinder control the switch of drying chamber.
5. 2 nd unwind uint: Structure and date the same winder position,mater feeding configure upper cutter and down cutter.
6. Rewind unit: auto-splicing & reel change duplex turret structure, pre-motion of spare web keep at synchronization, automatic non-stop splicing for reel change, horizontal moving type dual cutter device.
