This machine can not only ensure to make the high quality laminating film product, but also adopt the energy-saving and emission-reduction drying chamber simulation oven design technology, machine can largely lower customers’ production cost while ensuring high-quality lamination performance.
Main structural configuration :
1. lay-on follow-up roll device: composed of follow-up device, rubber roll, air tank and controller. Straight line guidance , driven by AC servo motor. The fix distance follow up the rubber roller is controlled by air tank when feeding material.
2. Auto-splicing & reel change: duplex turret structure, pre-motion of spare web keep at synchronization, automatic non-stop splicing for reel change, horizontal moving type dual cutter device.
3. Machine performs perfect speed synchronization during the working process. Tension control program inspect and automatically control the running information, and then transform to digital output shown on the screen.
